  1. Soak urad dal and idli Rava separately for 5 hours.
  2. After 5 hours of soaking grind it to a soft paste and mix two Rava with the help of hand and add salt allowed to ferment it for five hours.
  3. Grease Idli mould with one drop of oil and one drop of water, of the batter and then steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Grind above mentioning things with help of the required amount of water to form chutney, then temper with mustard seeds, whole red chilli and curry leaves then add to chutney, serve with idli.
