  1. Mash the Idlies with your hands.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry chillies.

  4. Add turmeric powder and salt saute it.
  5. Now add the mashed Idlies and Saute it well.
  6. Ready to serve Idli upma.
