  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients of idli batter (except water, chopped veggies and coriander leaves) Mix well and add water little at a time,to get batter of idli consistency. Cover and keep the bowl in a warm place for 1 hour to rise up to batter. - - In tempering pan heat butter, splitter mustard seeds. Then add 1 tsp both the dal, chopped chilli and hing powder. Saute for 1 /2 minute till the aroma of dals, come out. Add curry leaves and 2 tsp water. Bring to boil and then mix wit
