  2. After that add 2 cups of curd and salt as much needed.

  4. On other hand boil the potatoes and chopped the onion.
  5. After boiling the potato peel it and mash it and again take a pan on the gas add some oil in it then add some mustard seeds curry leaves stir until they crackle well after that add chopped onion mix it well up to it turn to pinkish colour then add mashed potatoes add all dry ingredients salt and mix it well also add some coriander leaves and mix it after that off the flame.
  6. On the other hand, put idli pot on gas add some water in that and on the gas and boil the water add grease the idli plates with oil.
  7. Then take that semolina batter add some water again and mix it well and then add 1/4 soda or eno in it mix it well.
  8. Then put some batter in one ring of idli plate then put some potato batter bt giving round flat shape to it and after that put again some idli batter on it in this way ready all the plates and put one by one plate in idli pot and put it high flame first after 10 mins low the flame and after 5 mins all the idlis will bake then cool it well then remove all the idlis from the plates.
  9. Again take a frying pan put some oil in it add some mustard seeds turmeric powder red chilli powder and add 2 or 3 idlis and mix it well Then removes idlis on a plate and finally bharwa idli is ready to eat.
