  1. First wash and soak the lobia for 6 hours ans pressure cook for 7 whistles.
  2. Now in a pan add coconut oil then curry leaves and the pressure cooked lobia with salt to taste.let it boil for two to three mins.
  3. Next step is to slit the green chilli and pumpkin and pour enough water to make the pumpkin soft. Adjust the salt at this stage if needed.
  4. Lastly simmer the stove and add coconut milk mix but do not let it boil it will curdle.Serve hot with rasam rice or dosa.
