  2. Mix with salt and turmeric, leave for 15 mins, then squeeze out the water.
  3. In a pressure cooker, cook the chopped stem, colocassia, potatoes for 2 whistle in high flame.
  4. Blend mustard, jeera,1 red chilli, garlic cloves into a smooth paste.
  5. Roast the badi in mustard oil.
  6. In a kadhai, add mustard oil, onion, saute for few mins.
  7. Then add the mustard paste, tomato. Cook for few mins.
  8. Add the boiled stem, colocassia and potato into it.. simmer and cook for 7-10 mins. The water will dries up.
  9. Add the roasted badi into the curry.
  10. In a tadka pan, add mustard oil, red chilli, panch phoran, crushed garlic and Transfer the tadka into the curry. Give a nice mix and cover.
  11. Now it is ready to serve hot with rice and dal.
