  11. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  12. Make ready as needed Curry leaves few

  3. Add I cup of water and boil it add egg slices each egg in two pieces add and just boil the egg masala
  4. Not too much boil otherwise eggs will be hard
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves chopped and little Kasturi methi
  6. Serve with rice chapattis or paranthas
