Steps to make Dam ka chicken:
  1. Take a cookware dish add in oil and chopped onion to fry till it turns to golden on low flame
  2. Besides wash & marinate the chicken with all dry spices and curd mix well
  3. Take out the onion fried aside and in that oil only add cashews and coconut paste fry a little then add all the marinated chicken, food colour,curry leaves, fried onion, kasuri methi and let it cook covered for 20-25 minutes on low flame
  4. Once the chicken is done open the lid keep thickness of gravy accordingly
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.
