  17. Take 1 inch dalchini / cinnamon

It's a recipe that a friend gave me after she made it for a dinner party. Since said party, almost all guests have either asked for the recipe or have asked her to make it for them. It's not your average curry - it's like a cross between a Korma and a Tikka Masala. Tip: I once used reduced-fat coconut milk to save on.

Instructions to make Chicken curry:
  1. Add onion,garlic and ginger paste.add all the masalas and curd in the chicken then mix it well.then add some mustard oil mix it upto 5 mint and magnet it till 30 mint
  2. Take a pan. Pour mustard oil and add some cumin,red chilli,bay leave,hing, laung,Elaichi and dal chini in it.
  3. Then add the magneted chicken in the pan. Mix it well till 15 mint in medium flame.add some water till the onions do not thaw (gal na jaye)
  4. Then pour half cup warm water. Then cover the pan and leave it till 5 mint. Add some garam masala. And off the gas. Your chicken is ready
