  16. Take 1 & 1/2 teaspoons . homemade dry roasted jeera dhania powder
  17. Get 1 tsp fenugreek leaves (crushed)
  18. Make ready 1 tsp rose water
  19. Get as needed salt
  20. Get 2 bay leaves
  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
  22. Make ready as needed Few garam masala for tempering

This Easy Indian-Style Butter Chicken Curry is fantastic with hot basmati rice. You can also serve it with fresh roti or naan to soak up the yummy sauce. If you have an Instant Pot, that is my favorite way to cook basmati rice. Toss to coat the chicken, cover, and set aside.

Instructions to make Butter chicken curry:
  1. Wash chicken pieces adding water and strained it and put to the mixing bowl,
  2. Keep all ingredients near to the cooking side,
  3. Put chicken pieces to the mixing bowl,put salt, termaric powder,red chilli powder,fenugreek leaves,cashew melon paste,jeera dhania powder,curd, fried onions,salt,little bit of oil,ginger_ garlic paste to the mixing bowl and - give it a well mix and rest for one hour,
  4. When it becomes heated put garam masala fry little,then add chopped tomatoes and mixed chicken which is soaked in different masala,
  5. Saute it in the high flame of the oven,and continue to till oil evaporates from the gravy add garam masala powder,mix well,then slow the flame of the oven, add rose water and salt to the pan mix well,saute for few minutes then cover with the lid and continue to cook till chicken is well cooked.
  6. Now put the curry to the serving bowl add milk cream to the bowl and mix with the gravy.delicious butter chicken curry is ready for serving.
